I made Kung Pao beef with red bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli I used some left over top round roast. It tasted just like the sirloin steak dish from Panda Express. Served on jasmine rice. Try it, it's very easy to make.

Very Good Asian/American Flavor Sauces
Maybe these are not so traditional Chinese sauces, but they are very good, and the ingredients are wholesome. It tastes like what the Panda Express restaurant chain uses in their food. They are not exactly cheap, but it's difficult to find terriyaki sauce that is not full of preservatives. So, it's worth it.
