My first foray into Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpastes. This is the only one I can find that has all three cavity kicking ingredients. Fluoride, NaH, and Xylitol. Great for those who want the best for their teeth.The taste is definitely more natural mint, which I appreciate. Within just a week of use, my teeth felt significantly smoother and harder. Even now my floss gives that squeaky clean sound from my teeth when flossing. That has never happened before in my life. It really does fill in the gaps and remineralize! It doesn't foam up any serious amount but that's a pro for some. I'm indifferent personally.Unfortunately the tube is small for what you get. As a single person, 2x a day use used most of it up after just 2 months. I wish they sold larger sizes just so I could "buy once cry once" instead of having to fork out $32 every two months. Anyway, love the product and would highly recommend it to anyone if they're willing to pay the price. My teeth feel harder, and they are definitely smoother, something no other toothpaste has ever done for me. All in all, 5 stars for effectiveness.

This toothpaste was recommended by my dentist, because it contains both fluoride and xylitol and does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). A lot of toothpastes will cause canker sores for me, but this one has not yet, possibly because of no SLS. It seems to be effective in cleaning teeth.My dentist knows I dislike the overpowering mint flavor of most toothpastes, mouthwash, and other dental products. I have also been bothered by the excessive sweetness of some mouthwashes that use strawberry flavoring and/or xylitol. I have also heard people complain about the bitterness of fluoride, although that bothers me less. This toothpaste has none of those problems. It has a very mild flavor and smell, with just a hint strawberry scent. It is neither bitter nor very sweet.It doesn't foam much, but it does foam just enough to be effective in cleaning teeth. There is no need for excessive bubbles.One concern would be the cost compared to other toothpastes. However, the instructions say to "apply a pea-sized amount to toothbrush" which is probably half or one-third of a cheap toothpaste, so the effective price difference is not as drastic. More importantly, I actually like this toothpaste, so I am getting what I pay for.My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a travel size in the strawberry flavor. The travel sizes seem to be mint only for now. Hopefully that changes in the future. Regardless, 5 stars.

Have only been using for a week but my dentist and hygienist highly recommended it for strengthening my teeth and protecting them. Tastes fine, and texture is normal. Very expensive though so not sure I will continue to use this or a less expensive version.

This was my first time buying a toothpaste that wasn't mint-flavored. It took a little bit to get used to as my brain links minty=clean, plus there's no cooling feeling as with mint toothpastes. The strawberry taste is actually really subtle, and goes away pretty quickly, so it doesn't alter the taste of my drinks, unlike mint! Overall seems to work great. I brush and put my Invisalign trays directly on top of the leftover product so it can have prolonged contact for the best efficacy. It's pricey, but with the fact that I'm already spending almost $4k on Invisalign, it isn't that big of a deal to me. Oral health is incredibly important, and I was using a separate NHA toothpaste and a fluoride one interchangeably, glad to have it all in one package now!

I’ve been using this toothpaste for a few weeks and I’m already seeing a difference! My teeth feel so clean afterwards and I’ve even noticed the coffee stains on my teeth gradually whitening, so I’d definitely say it’s effective for gentle whitening. The taste is good while not being too strong, and I never have any burning or irritation after using it.
