Salmon Creations Mango Chipotle

Luv it, delicious and convenient

This is sooo good. Makes a great snack or breakfast. To be fair...it's a little pricey.

This is one of my absolute favorite backpacking or biking meals. It's pretty filling, and provides a lot of protein and energy. For the pack size, it's extremely energy dense. It tastes great on it's own, just cold out of the pouch. It's also great in a soft roll, and makes a very easy to prepare salmon sandwich. It's also perfect for adding to mac 'n cheese when camping. I don't like to pack butter when bike touring or backpacking, and the oils in this provides that missing component to the mac n cheese, while adding great flavor an additional nutrients. Fast, delicious, easy nutrients, can't go wrong. I've made many meals for friends using all of the pouch packaged tuna, chicken, and salmon options, this is always the crowd favorite. They stopped carrying this in all of my local grocery stores, so I'm glad it's still at least available here.

This is Super Delicious salmon if you like salmon. According to my Heart Doctor's Physician Assistant this is good for your heart. Salmon is good for the heart. The extra virgin olive oil in it is also good for the heart This is also good stuff to eat out of the package. Very good food to have arounds in case of hurricane or some emergency. I would give these 5 stars but it loses a star because the price keeps going up on this. Otherwise, this is an excellent food.

Giving 3 stars because it does not taste like mango or chipotle. More like just a seasoned salmon. Was hoping for at least a bit of sweetness from the mango

Starkist Tuna Creations are excellent, but it was nice to discover Starkist Salmon Creations to get more variety across the week. Both are good additions to lunch menus, and both have good protein content.
