What size should I get for a guy ? 14 or 16?

If you want to be able to get your glasses tight against your face, get the 14". The 16" are too long for that, even when at the smallest adjustment. 14" is still plenty long to hang from your neck when fully expanded.

Either size! They will both fit. The 16in ones will just hang a little longer around your neck than the 14s. I prefer the 16in personally.

Is is personal preference. I like the 16 because it is easier to get on and off head. You can still tighten the longer length to keep tight on your head if needed.
