I have taken various supplements daily, over my +25 yr. athletic career. I'm VERY in-tune to how something (supplements/drugs) affects me, usually within 30 min., and/or within an hour or so. Many folks (and fellow athletes) don't "notice" a difference for quite a while. I feel lucky in that aspect.All that to say, I will need to throw out this batch of Royal Jelly. I have taken it for 3 - 4 days, following the dosage they recommend. No affect at all for me. Normally, when I've taken Royal Jelly over the years (using the same level dosage), I get a NICE boost in energy, that is smooth (not jittery, like some supplements), and it lasts for 3 - 6 hours. I also feel more mentally alert. With this supplement, I was even able to literally fall asleep (short nap) in my recliner, within an hour of taking this Royal Jelly. There is NO WAY I could ever do that, normally, after taking others' Royal Jelly. And for those who might want to suggest that I take it for a week or two longer, as "it might take a while for you to notice any affects", don't bother. It might take some folks a while, but like I said above, I'm not one of those folks.I noticed that the Royal Jelly portion seems solidified within the capsules, just like a few other reviewers noted, leaving one end of the capsule looking empty. That normally isn't the case, when I've bought Royal Jelly before. I'm not sure WHEN this batch was made, but it does have a fairly long shelf-life (expires 9/2021).This was my first purchase of this brand of Royal Jelly. Maybe I just got a bad batch? I don't know. But I do KNOW that I feel like I just wasted + $10 on a bottle, that will get tossed out. I'm afraid I would not be able to recommend this brand or this supplement, unless something changed my opinion.edit : Vendor reached out to me, to try and make it right. That tells me they CARE about their customers. Based on that, I would say they are a company to do business with. There are plenty of companies that wouldn't spend time and money to try and fix things. They did. Changed my rating up to 4 stars.

I used this productfor chest congestion It help with fluid buildup and help clear out your respiratory systems. it also helps reverse damage my opinion done by smoking cigarettes and tobacco.NOTE:I would not suggest using it without ask or taking you doctor(your body is different and everybody will react differently to meds).I am not a doctor, just a consumer stating what I have observed over the years! also if you are allergic to honey I wouldn’t suggest this. I have been using this product for 10 years now only when I’m sick or when I have much Fluid in my lungs. To royal jelly is great for lungs also ive been using this everyday for 1 to 2 week out 1 month every month 8years its helped me with renew my lungs since I am heavy smoker of reds 100’s and 1/2 pack a day or more since I was 16 years old. To me it works very well to regenerates my lungs like I’ve never even started smoking kinda and give me a jumpstart. I currently 31 and have great lung strength almost as the same as a person at my age would have non-smoking.

Not the same as the royal jelly of days gone by. I used to take royal jelly religiously and it seemed to boost my energy levels and immune system. I was prone to Strep throat and never had it once while taking royal jelly. Then I discovered Durham Bee (?) and it was a game changer. Amazing. This not so much. It's an odd color, which would be okay if it actually did anything. I don't blame the manufacturer. They are a good name brand IMHO, but decent royal jelly is difficult to find. I will still use this brand, I've been happy with their other products in the past, just not for royal jelly. I don't know if really good royal jelly can be found these days.

I can’t say if RJ is for sure what allowed me to conceive but I am pretty convinced it is. After trying for 4 years, we had started the process of IVF which lead me to start a new supplement routine. I started RJ, COQ10, a fruit and veggie supplement and DHA on top of what I had been taking for years. I started taking all of those in late August, and come Jan I am pregnant. Naturally!! I have PCOS, Endo and hubby has a bad count. I never expected that I would be able to conceive especially not naturally! I am a huge believer RJ had something to do with it!! I will forever be recommending RJ to anyone TTC. It is worth a shot to anyone who is having trouble. I never expected I would be sitting here, pregnant writing this review about such an amazing product.If you’re struggling give this a try!!!!
