Installed on a Subaru Crosstrek. Be advised that it has an obnoxious chemical smell upon opening. Just lay it flat in an unoccupied room for a few days. The smell mostly goes away. The installation instructions were in Thai. Lol But there are pictures tho.Had to clean the underside well with wipes/soap/water/alcohol. The cleaning may take a few rounds, but very important. It wonāt stick to a dirty surface so donāt get mad if it falls off later on bc youāre too lazy to spend the extra 5-10 minutes to really clean the underside. (Just saying.)It comes with two adhesive promoters but it should have come with 3. They dry out pretty quick, but are essential for the adhesion process. It does take some time to measure and cut out the ātrianglesā for the bends. I just used a pen to mark on the red tape to guesstimate where the bends are and marked the triangles from there. Also, youāll have to force the lip to bend. The lip is rubber, itās not all that elastic.Would also recommend utility scissors to cut the triangles too. The rubber is thick enough that Iām not sure normal scissors will get the job done. I had to use two hands to clomp down on the scissor handles.Itās been 3 days since the lip application. Hasnāt fallen off so thatās good. Also havenāt used the screws yet but will probably put them on. Havenāt braved sending it thru a car wash just yet so may have to send an update for that later on.All in all I like it so far. Considering buying two more for the side skirts IF the front lip lasts thru a car wash. Lol I do like that itās rubber bc cracking a real lip kit would make me cry.*Update (4/3/18): Front lip still on after 4 automatic car washes and a couple of thunderstorms later. Still havenāt gotten around to putting the screws on either. š**Update (2/4/19): Front lip still on. Eventually had to add 2 screws to one of the bends bc it was starting to fall off at the ācorner.ā (This was the same place I had to cut ātrianglesā to make it bend.) The screws were recently installed in Jan. 2019 so the lip held up well with all things considered.Sadly the front lip had an unfortunate run in today with old debris from a blown tire. The car in front of me kicked it up so fast that I didnāt have time to swerve or brake safely at highway speeds. Poor car took it like a champ. =/Oddly enough, the lip is still on. However, the center portion of the lip split horizontally right where the lip and adhesive part meets in the middle. Will probably have to replace it eventually as rubber will degrade making the gap even longer. However, I will be purchasing another three once itās time. Iāll redo the front lip but also add side skirts.***Update (03/05/20): The original lip is still on! The adhesive is wearing off on one end near the wheel well, but not bad for 2 year application. Got lazy and used Velcro to keep it on for now. The split in the middle has widened, but still safe to drive with. Ran this thru the car wash well over 30+ times. Some of the carbon fiber graphics has worn/scratched off, but still decent shape with all things considered.

The other "OHIO" review......
I live in Ohio. I read the guys review from Ohio saying how well it stuck without the screws and he had no issues. Sold! Well lol, he is either the dude who sells this or is a paid spokesman. Mine stayed on for 3 days. That's it. And I even used the included screws for reassurance and good thing or it would have been off and on the road by now. PS, 4 screws is not going to cut it if it don't stick. 8 maybe but not 4. And most people don't have self tapping small screws just lying around. It stayed on the straight front parts but failed on both corners. I feel like I should have gotten paid for how crappy my car looked on the ride home when this happened btw. Stuff just hanging off the bumper....so I learned that yeah it looked good when attached correctly and that one great OHIO review should not sell you when there are 50 other bad reviews saying it does not stick and that there are not enough screws. They are correct. Man though, that guy had me pumped with the updates and everything. Like if it made it here it can make it anywhere aditude. And I'm from OH too so everyone else just don't know how to properly install. That's what the issue is! Lol nope no it isn't. And if that guy isn't payed you should btw. He is the reason your selling any at this point.

If its sunny where you live, dont get a colored lip, trust me lol
Took a chance on this cheap lip. Yes im aware it needs to be screwed in but I didnt want to and if it fell off cause of that so be it. Ignored bad reviews. Was fairly easy and straight forward to put on. Was great for the first month. Highway use and everything was cool, yes with no screws.Month #2: I notice the red trim color faded to pink. I guess the sun is brutal down here in Georgia. Colored over it with a red paint pen but that too faded LOL oh well. Maybe a vinyl trim would work better... Later in the month the 3m weakened in one spot, I was prepared for this and reinforced it with more 3m tape, all was well for a couple more weeks.Month #3: Hit a bad patch of road. My front bumper was protected but lip got ripped. Managed to salvage it with more 3m tape and buy myself a few more weeks of use but by this point the writing was on the wall. Today was the last gasp as most of the lip ripped off the car when I backed into the driveway. I had a replacement EZlip liner waiting for this day. Will be putting that on now.Elapse 1 Year: EZlip stayed on but didnt stay looking pretty. It was longer and more prone to getting scraped along the ground. Didnt protect my front lip as well either, ironically... I'll admit it, I miss the cleaner look of the cheap Samurai lip. Today my oil change place did me in and hit my front lip against a parking curb so the EZ lip has to be removed and front lip repaired and repainted. At the end of the day, its not fair to fully judge this lip without screws. I am now in the process of either deciding on slapping an STI lip underneath my other lip as a skid plate or giving this liner another go, this time WITH screws. Either way, for the money, this aint bad. Without screws, it'll only take 1 bad hit but at least it will protect your stuff. With screws may fair even better! Perhaps it depends on the car and how low you are.
