I can only take 1/3rd capful and it is making me healthier. I find the minerals very potent at a capful. I hemorrhaged after being hit by a drunk driver and 3 months later lost half my hair almost overnight. Five days after drinking this it started growing back. I increased iron rich foods and the hair kept falling out, but after starting this it has slowed to almost normal. I DO NOT CLAIM IT WILL GROW YOUR HAIR, though. I stopped eating sugar and flour and stopped 3 prescription drugs at the same time trying to get healthy. I will always supplement with this, eat well and exercise from now on. There are many great videos online about health to address any problems you have. If you can, use food as medicine, not Pharma.

T.J. Clark mineral formula is absolutely accepted by my body. I noticed much better sleep if I’m taking one before go to bed. I feel much better in the morning. I tried other mineral formulas but never get so good result as I’ve got with T.J. Clark. Definitely recommend.

These minerals are some of the worst tasting we have ever encountered but the stuff works! Wish they thought enough of the consumers to put it in a glass container. We don't like to use anything that is presented in PLASTIC! only because of the positive results do we make exception.
