Wonderful little pair of future scissors. Prefect for delicate areas.

I have a central line (a Hickman tunneled catheter) and I'll need it for the rest of my life. Everytime I have the line exchanged, I have to remove the sutures after 30 days. These scissors are perfect for the job. And I mean perfect. They are just the right size and just pointy enough. The hook is just right for getting in between the thread and the catheter and in between the knots in the thread and my skin.I've already used them 3 times and they are my favorite. The last pair I bought from Amazon were that pretty rainbow finish metal but the hook was too fat to get in there. They didn't work at all. I hope I'll always be able to get more of these scissors.

I use these to remove stitches from my cousin‘s face after a surgical procedure. I will say that they are quite precise and I was able to remove the stitches without causing any damage to her skin. They are a great addition to my medical drawer.
