Life saver
Incredible. I tried a cup once and it was a nightmare. It scared me off for a long time. I decided to try the disposable discs after a moment of reconsideration and it was fantastic. It went so well I bought the reusable one and it's my first cycle with it, I'm sold. I have severe cramps, and I have noticed a massive difference with these. I still get them, particularly bad on day one, but when I used tamps I would cramp full time all week. With these, I almost didn't have any. I felt day one, and the rest of the time it was a rare ache here and there. Some days nothing at all. I love that I can sleep with them. I barely leaked overnight on my heaviest day (I normally do with tamps, even the extra supers, and I have to set alarms to change them because even with overnight pads I've had mishaps). I only needed a panty liner for that one night! One thing though, I could auto dump with the disposable option. I also had a few leaks with the disposables, on my heaviest day. With this reusable option, I cannot seem to auto dump. It's said that's because with the size and composition it's a better fit for my body. That's fine, I can deal with that. But it's a little disappointing because I enjoyed the auto dump spring my heaviest days when I didn't want to need longer breaks at work or on the go to handle that. I have decided to use disposables during that time instead so I could utilize that, but the rest of my period the reusable is great. Now about placement. I am in my late 30s, one delivery by c section. I watched multiple videos online and was nervous about getting it right and getting it out. I found it totally easy to get it in and tucked my first try. It was totally comfortable, didn't feel it at all. The disposable ones tend to slip on me while using the restroom and need to be readjusted, but this reusable one doesn't do that. Removing it was a bit of a learning curve. The disposable ones were easier to remove for me, the thinner lining and more pronounced edge made quick work of hooking my finger under it and pulling it out. This one's more flush and rounded and the material made it a little more difficult to do that. I had a mess my first attempt, and I was glad I tried that at home where the sink is nearby and I had plenty of clean up options. The second time, I tried to move more slowly and get the feel for it, but it fell in the toilet. I never had that happen with the disposable ones and it was pretty annoying and gross. I was not at home for that situation, it was a public restroom, so I just had to let that one go. Thankfully I bought multiples, which I HIGHLY suggest for just that situation. But after that I have seemed to have figured it out and no longer having any difficulty with it.

The One and Only Cup
This is the only menstrual cup I’ll buy! The material is quality—cleans easy and doesn’t stain or develop smells. It is simple to insert and easy to remove. I wear it for 12-hours at a time during my period, and it’s so comfortable that I never notice it! It’s also easy to empty when you use the bathroom. Great product!

Easy insert, no leaks, and auto empty!
I’ve used menstrual cups before and could never get them to work properly without leaking and had the hardest time with removal. The flex disc is PERFECT. Easy insert, no leaks, and holds a lot. No pain or discomfort. I love that it self empties too, I’ll use the auto empty during the day and then manually empty / clean it in the shower. It’s much easier to remove than the diva cup, but it still takes a second. Overall very pleased!

You won’t even know its there
I forget I’m on my period. I forget it’s there. Sometimes I leave it in for too long because I can’t feel it. That’s how comfortable it is. I’ll literally have to check to see if it’s there because I cannot feel it at all. It empties in the toiled and it doesn’t get on my clothes during the day. I’ll usually just take it out in the shower every night and boil it in a sanitizer while I’m getting ready for bed, then pop it back in. No more going to the store, no more worrying about having something with me at all times. It’s so unobtrusive that it’s easier to start using it a day before your period and discover you’ve started when you take it out. I’ve never had such a low stress period. The only problem is that with removal and insertion, you will usually get blood on your hands. That’s why I like to do it in the shower or in my home in general, because you will need to wash the blood off your fingers and the disc, and you don’t want to have to do that in a bathroom stall. Overall, I’ve tried a few different cups and discs. I love a pull tab because it’s less messy, but I can always FEEL the pull tab. I can’t feel the flex disc at all. So even though it’s a little messy in that regard, you just can’t beat the comfort. It’s worth it in my opinion!

Flex Menstrual Cup Review – A Solid Upgrade with a Few Learning Curves
Flex Menstrual Cup Review – A Solid Upgrade with a Few Learning Curves I’ve been using the Flex menstrual cup for a few cycles now, and while it’s not my “Goldilocks” disk, it’s definitely a big improvement over what I was using before. I previously used the Saalt Small Cup, and while it’s a popular option, it just didn’t work for me. The suction on that cup caused pretty uncomfortable cramping, it was tough to get it to open properly, and I found myself having to empty it multiple times a day—only for it to still leak, even on lighter flow days. Enter the Flex cup. It took a little practice to get the hang of insertion, but once I got used to the technique, it went in pretty smoothly. The design is definitely more comfortable for me than the Saalt, and I love that I only need to empty it every 12 hours thanks to its larger capacity. That’s been a total game changer for busy days. Removal is still a bit messy, but not overwhelmingly so. It’s manageable, and I think with more experience it’ll get even easier. It’s not the most perfect fit (still on the hunt for my ideal disk), but it does its job well—no cramps, no constant leaks, and far fewer bathroom trips. Overall, I’ll definitely keep using it. It’s a solid, reliable product that works way better for my body than the cup I was using before.

Great set!
Loved that this set has everything essential for a comfortable use of the disk! The cleaning foam is perfect and I only use it when I have to clean my disk or a cup. The wipes are convenient, when I am out I always have them on me for personal hygiene! It’s also a good bonus to get a few one time use disk, I was able to give them to my friends to try before purchasing. Using the reusable Flex Disc for the first time might seem a little tricky, but trust me, when you get used to it - it would be a life changer! Just follow these rules: 1. Wash your hands and disk with the foam in the set first to make sure everything is clean. 2. Pinch the disc: The reusable Flex Disc is soft and flexible. Pinch the sides together so it becomes narrow for easier insertion. 3. Insert it: Whether sitting or standing, gently insert the disc at an upward angle, aiming toward your tailbone. It goes in a bit deeper than other products, but just push until the front rim is in position. 4. Tuck the rim: This part is important!! Once it’s inside, make sure to tuck the front rim securely behind the pelvic bone. You shouldn’t feel any discomfort if it’s placed properly. 5. Wear it comfortably: You can wear the disc for up to 12 hours (depends on the flow) without worrying about leaks. It’s perfect for all kinds of activities, including exercise or swimming. 6. Remove it: When it’s time to take it out, sit on the toilet, hook a finger under the front rim, and gently pull it out. It’s easier and cleaner to do this while sitting. 7. Clean and reuse: After removing, wash the disc with warm water and mild soap. Let it air dry before using it again. Important! in case of any discomfort or change of the flow - stop using it asap. Maybe it’s simply not your size :) Overall, it is a great set and I highly recommend it to everyone

Very Nice Disc
I've been using the flex disposable discs for a few years now and they have been okay...they leak easily. I switched to the reusable version and dang, I wish I would have switched sooner. No leaks and comfortable.
