I haven't used this product long enough to give an opinion on any benefit from it but I can say with confidence that chocolate tastes great. I've consumed protien shakes for over 30 years and this is one of the best tasting I've tried. It's chocolate with a hint of malt (like whoppers candy). It takes a little effort to get it all mixed up, but it's possible. I am only using a small shaker container, nothing electric. I do have to shake it with quite a bit of effort to eliminate all the little unmixed pieces, but it's well worth the effort - - at least the taste is worth it.

My literal favorite protein everrrrr. I had not bought in many years and when I read reviews everyone talked about the formula changing and to changed the taste. But that isn't the case, it was great 10 years ago and still great now. Mixes super easy, no chemical sweet taste, not chalky. Legit protein! For sure buy if you have been looking for a good casein protein! I also add cinnamon to it and it kicks it up a notch taste wise... Also blend in my coffee and it's creamy and yummy

Tastes good, works well to sub out about 1/4th of the Bisquick for when I make waffles. It's a little clumpier than other I've tried when just mixing with water and a spoon, but works with a mixer or wire ball shake container.I like to mix a little baking soda in my health drink for alkaline, and I noticed the other protein powders I've had seem to react to that, foaming a bit, this one doesn't foam. I'm not sure what that means, but thought I'd mention it.

I like this in morning with a banana and almond milk in blender. Good energy and nice amount of protein I use two scoops. Wish had more casein. For after work out and night time I use Isopure and bedtime optimum nutrition casein Great over all use in morning let those carbs and sugar burn off during day It taste good also

I trust this brand to always deliver a great tasting protein. I have been mixing this with PPB and it tastes great. I use it for breakfast and am full for most of the morning.

Of all the powder I have bought over the years, this is the best tasting, best price and best protein value.

Great flavor. High sugar-to-protein ratio (low in sugar and high in protein). Whey and casein. Love it.
