Yes, Calciven is inordinately expensive compared to other supplements. And yes, the amount of calcium seems low. But look at the TYPE of calcium listed—it is much better absorbed than regular over-the-counter calcium.I am always happy to see BORON included in bone support supplements, as it is also necessary for good bones.I've been taking it for three months now, and I will continue for the year and then decide. In a recent bone density test, I had improved by 4-5% in the lumbar, hip, and femur. That's good news. (Of course, I also walk an average of 4 miles daily, increasing bone density.)
