My iPhone 16e cost much more than I have ever spent on a phone before. Thus, I wanted something to protect it and make sure it lasts until Apple stops supporting it. I am very pleased with this case. It is solid and is providing good protection to the phone but isn't quite so bulky as the cases a certain name-brand competitor that also has "box" as part of its name. The texture of the materials is such that it is easy to slide the phone in and out of my hip pocket when I am walking around.I installed one of the screen protectors, even though I've never scratched or broken a screen previously. The protector already has a sizable scratch on it. Whatever caused it, I don't think it would have scratched the phone screen. I suspect that the screen protectors are less "hard" than the iPhone screen glass. That said, this scratch. and any future scratch, is easily dealt with by removing/replacing the inexpensive protector and so my screen is protected. I do think I am getting some impact protection too.Like all cases I am aware of that give thorough protection, removing this case is a bit of a chore (more so than installing it). But if you intend to leave the phone in its case most of the time this is a minor issue.I am very pleased with this case.

This is by far the most protective phone case I've owned. I used to buy pricey brand name phone cases, but through trial and error found that lower priced cases held up better than their more expensive counterparts.A few months ago I bought an iPhone 16e and started searching for a new phone case.I ordered two different brands, but once I got the Diverbox case, I didn’t even bother opening the other one.The way the Diverbox snaps on is very unique, but once you’ve followed the instructions, you end up with a perfectly aligned and incredibly protective phone case.Just be sure to save the little plastic key/tool that’s included if you want to easily remove your case in the future.Since installing this case, I’ve dropped my iPhone more than a few times (on concrete and tile), and the phone was not damaged at all. I love the raised bevel of the case, which helps to protect the screen when dropped.Speaking of screen protection, I did not use the screen protector that came with the Diverbox case because it didn’t have the cut-out at the top, which meant their screen protector would have covered the microphone located on the top front of the 16e. I’m not sure if covering that would have affected anything during a call or video, but I didn’t want to find out.I actually bought a different screen protector that works perfectly for the 16e (GLAStR EZ FIT). It also has the easiest screen protector application I’ve ever used. I hope they keep making those because their application method and tool is so easy and seamless.I also ordered the PopSocket MagSafe Pop Grip, which attaches easily and solidly on the Diverbox case (so nice not to have to use adhesive).I’m very happy with this case and the accessories I’ve found on Amazon.

When I tried to put on the screen protector, it didn’t fit. First I got a little upset. Then I looked at my wife’s phone. Exact the same model number, but hers is a 128 GB, and mine is 256.Turns out that the screen protector would fit on her phone, but not mine.Apple must have made 2 different notches, with the ear speaker in 2 different places.I’m sure the case will be sufficient enough to protect my phone, so I’m not worried - just surprised at the difference

Bought this a month ago for my new iPhone 16e. Love the two-tone teal-gray and turquoise. Very sturdy case though difficult to pop the shells apart even with the little tool that comes with it. 4 stars because the only issue is the "tempered glass" protective film that you affix to the phone cracked/bent in half after a recent drop (slid off the clothes dryer onto the floor so was a short drop). My phone is fine, luckily. I attempted to place the extra film (comes with 2), it got really smeary and sticky, despite using the wipes it came with. Was hoping to contact DiverBox to see if I could just get the films replaced; there is no way to do so (contacting the seller is the only option). Note: the case comes with an instruction booklet, cleaning pieces, placement guide stickers, tool for opening the shells, and a note from DiverBox stating they can be reached through Amazon if there is a problem. Untrue. Sending the whole thing back for a replacement, to give it another try.

I am a fan of the O box cases but was not wild about the Clorox. Their shipping for the 17 pro was little extended so I bought this instead for an interim case. What a Toal surprise. This is every bit as high quality as the O box case at a 1/4 of the price. Fit and finish is flawless. Excellent protection. It is a keeper.

I’m one of those people who drops their phone more often than they’d like to admit, so having this case was a smart move. It’s sturdy without being bulky, and it’s already saved my phone from a few nasty falls. I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me—especially when juggling caregiving tasks or sorting electronics. If you’re prone to accidental drops like me, this case is a solid investment.

Teenager, 1st phone… need something to protect it. And insurance alone isn’t enough. Usually I am a lover of the Otterbox, and after reading reviews I figured I would give this one a shot. Definitely does justice! I love the screen protector! It was a perfect fit for my kids IPhone 16e. He installed it, so it was quite easy. And my littles loved the added stickers included. Win win for mom and kids. The screen protector doesn’t affect the touchscreen and seems to be scratch resistant. Durability is a plus. We haven’t gone to the extreme to test to see if it is waterproof, but he is going to Florida next week so hope for the best.
