What about days that are hot and humid? I see this getting you overheated in summer. Cooler weather👍

I have not had any overheating issues due to weather in my year of use (including humid 80-90% and hot 85+ degrees days). The only time I had an issue was when I accidentally put a heating pad directly on my belt and left it there for an extended period.

No, it does not have a zipper or Velcro. Friction does keep the pump from popping out. The tube does have a tendency to pop out though.
