This ginger juice has been quite a surprise for us, and stands out as a nutritious and delicious addition to our diet. It is used in smoothies every day and added two of my lemon water, which contains honey as well, very delicious. It’s great in salads, sauté, soups, and tea. It has very long shelf life in the refrigerator and can be frozen in the cubes and containers. We will be trying out the powdered ginger which we understand is much higher in nutrients, but the juice will always be part of our pantry.

This is pure ginger juice. I have had a bottle in my refrigerator for years and it tastes as fresh as the day I opened it. Wonderful, highest quality product in durable plastic bottle.

Great for juices and flavors water.

Most people know the benefits of a ginger shot, so I'm not going to repeat what allot of reviews have already said, but I will leave a precautionary warning: don't drink this on an empty stomach.I did once, and it made me throw up within 10 mins. A few days later had my usual shot before bed on a (nearly) empty stomach, and it made me feel that queasy feeling you tend to get before vomiting, but I quickly had a couple more bites and things calmed down. As I do have a bit of an ongoing issue with the entirety of my digestive system, (part of why I started taking ginger shots before bed) it could be just me, but throwing this warning out there in case I can spare anybody else the unpleasant consequences of having this w/o food being in your belly.And the taste/strength is quite strong, so for those of you who aren't used to the taste of ginger, it's prob a good idea to dilute it a bit until you can drink it straight.

I was worried about buying ginger juice that is bottled. I am using it for flavoring homemade kombucha and it works perfectly! I was worried because I always use fresh ginger but this works great. Very fresh tasting. Will buy again!

Excellent for cooking and for the health benefits of ginger. There are no additives in this except for ascorbic acid (vitamin c). No sugar added. Superior quality. Regular user of the product and it's a repeat purchase for me. Quality is top notch and for me, no other brand can match it.

STRONG! Nice, clean ginger flavor, can be diluted a lot. Lasts in the fridge for months. There is pulp in the bottle - you might want to decant the juice to avoid the glop, but it isn't really needed.Makes the best ginger ale I've ever had. One of the better companies to do business with too, or so I'm told. All their stuff is good.
