Num Noms Snackables Slime Kits with Fun-Themed To-Go Snack Wave 2

The slime is unlike what i seen elsewhere and video. What i received is not a slime,is totally CREAM.The moment it touch my hand it sticks to it and become watery...unsure if the item i receive is a defect one.

My daughter loves the slime kits and I had never seen this one so I was very excited for her to play with it. We got the chocolate icing & a pink eclair. it’s nice that it’s a new set to collect, but the slime is not great. It is hard to get it out of the icing container and I am almost positive it won’t go back in. Also once you fill the eclair, if you don’t fill it all the way, it’s very difficult to get out. The slime is sticky and I guess most similar to the egg yolk slime of the other kit. Also don’t even think you’ll be able to draw like one of the photos shows. that being said, my daughter likes the slime on its own and the characters are still adorable. Hopefully some of the other slimes are better.

My daughter’s lol surprise obsession spilled over to this line. Num Nom Snackables are so cute and fun. This is the second wave of Num Noms so they are more elaborate and updated and I noticed many stores still only have wave 1, the older version. So I love the fact that Amazon has the very latest of these. The concepts are very cute but this product does lack functionality. I think most of these kits are a one-time play experience. The spreads are a fun and cute idea, but they have a tendency to dry up pretty quickly. The slimes that come in pastry bags are just the cutest thing you will ever see, but the slime doesn’t come out of them like frosting and is frustrating to work with. Also, some of the pastries require you to fill them with custards and some of it may get stuck inside them permenantly. The egg yolk concept is just so fun and is adorable, but again, the slime dries up after removing from the protective packaging. So this product, while fun, the quality of it and value are lacking. I think the overall product can use improvements to prolong the life of the slime. This series (wave 2) has been updated that some of the slimes come with lids, it helps the product but still doesn’t stop it from drying up completely once open.

My kiddo and I were excited to try these after watching a few videos on them. I can't remember which "flavor" she opened but it was a tube of fake icing "slime" that was not at all like slime. The consistency was like toothpaste and we had to wash our hands because you couldn't play with it and couldn't put it back into the container. I know each box is different so I gave this 3 stars instead of 1. I'm willing to purchase again to see if we get another slime type that can actually be played with.

These are adorable for kids. There is very little mess, it’s smells nice and the toy food can then be incorporated with AG dolls, Barbies, LOLs, whatever you can think of. And the slime has its own container to store it in.
