First of all let me start by saying. I am not a beginner, but I'm also not a professional probably. I was searching Amazon (for a trumpet) because my last trumpet was old and ended up breaking beond repair, and i couldn't decide which one to buy. So... I bought this one. I haven't had it for too long but what i can say for now is the following:The delivery came within a box reading "trumpet" on the sides which i did not like because someone could have stolen it, but thats not really relevant, just expect it. The case that holds the trumpet is... Amazing. It's an amazing color and seems very well made. In the case was the trumpet (obviously,) 2 gloves, 3 cleaning brushes, mouthpiece, cloth, and a strap. The sound quality i can only sum up like this. It's a trumpet. It sounds like a trumpet. so that's good. I cannot say it's a beginner trumpet because, well... It's an instrument. There are many systems in certain instruments to make it easier, but never expect any instrument to be easy or perfect for u. This is a perfect trumpet for students and for pros alike. The valves are numbered so that's good for beginners, other than that it's just a normal trumpet. If a trumpet is the instrument u want to play, Then this is the perfect one to buy. Unfortunately the case has no storage for a mute, however this does not impact my review as a mute was not included and i had to buy one separately. So to sum it up a bit, I give this trumpet,100/10010/10

This particular trumpet was highly recommended by my son's trumpet instructor. He wants to become the bugler for his Boy Scout Troop, so he is taking private lessons. The instructor suggested learning the trumpet first and then moving to the bugle. This is the trumpet he suggested we purchase. I thought I would never be able to afford an instrument for my son. I also thought the quality of buying one through Amazon wouldn't be comparable to buying one at the music store. I was wrong! This trumpet is amazing. It looks good and sounds good. It comes with everything he needs. All of the cleaning materials and oil are included. It also comes in an amazing case. We are completely satisfied and we are so proud and amazed at the progress our 13 year old son is making on learning the trumpet! He is learning extremely fast and the sound of his playing gets better and better.

Their costumer service is amazing. They solved my problems and concerns. They deserve a 5 star after their quick response.I would have gave it 5 stars If it wasn't for the handle that is ripping. When it arrived it was 5 stars products. Packaging was good and trumpet looked great. My kid has been taken the trumpet to school for a week now and the handle of the case is already ripping. For the price I would expect for the case to be more durable. That is the only reason I could not give it 5 stars because now I have to spent money on a sewing kit so I can fix the problem.

I bought this trumpet for my son who is in middle school band because his broke (was very old and needed much repair). His teacher wasn’t confident the quality of an “Amazon trumpet” would be good enough for concert playing and strongly urged me not to buy one from here, but I took a chance after reading all the reviews. I was so happy with the quality and sound of this trumpet. I had played the trumpet for years and even my “rusty” embouchure had no trouble getting a clear quality sound out of this instrument! I sent it in with my son and asked his teacher to check it out. She sent a message saying that she played the trumpet and it sounded GREAT! She told me to keep his old trumpet at home as a “back up” and to have him use this one instead! Thank you for all your reviews it helped me make a great decision!

It has been about two years and this trumpet is still keeping up with the everyday practices

The second shop we took trumpet to for another fix said it doesn’t even have a serial number which makes it more of an “instrument shaped object.”It looks nice, but valves keep sticking and slides wear out within weeks. My son has played it for three months, it has been broken or in the shop for half of that time. We will be renting to own from a local shop, which includes free fixes for $35-$45 per month for three years. I have spent as much fixing this trumpet shaped object in three months as I bought it for originally. So disappointed.
