I have the entirety of the JobLink kit sans the amprobe. These are indispensable within the HVAC industry. I’ve been in the residential/light commercial HVAC industry for about 25 years, and definitely don’t miss the days of having to run back, and forth from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, then back again. These are extremely accurate, and as others have said you can be a good distance away from the psychrometers while being your pressure measurements, and get a solid look at the system as a whole(with the SMAN4 gauges, or the JobLink charging kit). Combine the JobLink static pressure probes, and enter the CFM into the airflow section of the JobLink app, and you can get a continuous reading of BTU’s produced. These psychometric probes are a lifesaver. Especially, if you’re working on an attic system in the dead heat of summer. Aside from being extremely useful when performing maintenance, they are a great diagnostic tool, and with the length of the probe(twss) you can position it to read directly in the airstream(twss iykyk). I can’t say enough good things regarding these, or any tool that’s part of the JobLink family tools, and especially the usefulness of the Fieldpiece app. The app shows you to observe your readings for the aforementioned situation, a combination analyzer, electrically, and historical graphing. The ability to print out a PDF that you can then provide the customer proving your diagnosis, or confirming your repair work(As a qualifying statement prior to the next sentence, the following does not apply to situations where the work wasn’t performed correctly, the diagnoses was incorrect, or damage was caused to the customers home/system)is especially important in today’s world where unfortunately if you don’t document your work, and repairs it can become a he said/she said situation that can put you in a negative position where you can be the recipient of a constant flow of demands for refunds from people exploring the situation in order to get something/anything free, or in extreme cases being caught up in legal issues if you’re not able to 100% verify your work. The Fieldpiece psychometric probes are a great addition to your toolbox that will pay dividends through the future

Es una excelente herramienta para profesionalizar y entender mejor el comportamiento de los equipos en tiempo real. Lo mejor es comprar 2 para poder obtener la Delta T fácilmente con la misma app con la que trabajan.

This tool works great. I can get a good signal from inside a insulated metal ice bin and still walk away a good distance without losing signal. The readings are very accurate and quick as well. Love this tool. It also has a very strong magnet that allows it to fit in even the smallest of places.

The product is a good product if you get one that is working. The seller switched out a new one for an old one and put it in a new box with all the paperwork for the new one. Would have been ok if the tool actually turned on. I would never buy a product from this retailer again
