I purchased these for my wife. She got trigger finger from working on the farm. She had surgery to fix this. These have worked great and she almost has full control of her hand now.

The colors and the sounds of these baoding balls is magical. My doctor recommended baoding balls for the arthritis developing in my hands. I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to figure out how to use them. It takes a little practice. You use every finger and joint to get the two balls rotating in one hand. The soft chiming sound adds a calming effect and they have become very meditative as well as therapeutic. I have cheaper ones but I'm more inclined to use these due to their beauty.

My husband got his balls a while back his first set of balls he outgrew now he just likes to slap those balls. They’re very relaxing for him. They’ll be careful because if you clean them too hard, the sound is really annoying. I love these balls look texture. they’re very smooth to the touch And a bright side they didn’t smell at all. You can meditate with these balls all day long. I write these balls 10 out of 10.
