Very good quality ratchet …I put it through a lot and it lasted a very long time …when my last one wore out I bought this one again …the first one made it three years of constant use building scaffolds

Loved this ratchet I work for a scaffolding company and this was perfect for what we needed some spaces are harder for it to fit in tight spaces but I had it for a summer before it got stolen and it is definitely worth the money not many chips in it even when I have to use it for a ‘hammer’

Well built, solid tool that I use and abuse daily. My constant companion that gets used in more ways than it is designed to yet does the job without fail. Would highly recommend if looking for one of these.

Great for scaffolding but is perfect for concrete form work. I’m a union carpenter so I could be erecting a scaffold stair tower one day then building wall and deck forms the next. This tool gets used every day. And I have even introduced them to my company and are now a required tool for all carpenters. I have had other brands, and to be completely honest only bought this one so mine would be instantly distinguishable, but by far is the best one I’ve ever owned.

Definitely worth it!!! This ratchet is amazing. Loved it. Slightly lighter than the topul so I don’t know if the toptul might have different quality material but this ratchet definitely does the job and fees extremely sturdy

Pretty much as good as a Toptul in terms of build quality,although Toptul goes the extra mile and has the smooth beveled edges which make it feel great in the hand, this one has sharp angled edges. Still feels like a quality steel spud,use it for scaffolding im a Union carpenter and has put it through some heavy work over the past year. Great ratcheting action and you can really crank on the spud without worry. Pretty much the only higher up you can go from here are the highest quality Japanese ones from Supertool and MCC. Many new UBC apprentices may be looking at this spud to get for scaffolding work,its probably the best one on Amazon canada,better than any of the Chinese ones,that are around $20-$40 dont buy those. get this.

It's strong and it makes life easier and faster. Also, I clean it and put some WD40 each week to make sure it's in working order and smooth for the following week.

Gets the job done but I think I may be trying out the lifetime warranty soon, not even a year of use and it’s showing signs of crapping out, switching between tightening and loosening is almost on the way out
