After both my wife and I suffering back pain for years we used a hot water bottle for pain relief, until one burst, burning my wife’s back. Then we found this Gel Pack Wrap and it is ideal, shaped so it fits perfectly and comfortably to the areas. Easy to warm up in the microwave, no more boiling kettles risking burns.

Nice lightweight hot/cold pack and belt. Wide enough to move up and down back area. Very good. Does the job. Recommended.

Should have lasted longer than 8 weeks

This is so good, the strap is long, which is great.I’ve only used the heat , it’s really comfortable . It helps with my back condition while I’m out it lasts a while and also supports me too.

Only used it for heat on muscle strain in my side lower back but has definitely improved things. Very quick to warm up in microwave and retains its heat quite well. Gel pad fits into belt very easily and can position in exact place you want whilst Velcro fastenings on belt hold it there. All in all well worth the money and would recommend.

Purchased yo help my wfes bad back. Really helped ease her pains.Had a slight issue with the belt. Customer service sorted immediately.

The good: This heat pack is a good size, good fit and generally helps with pain relief.The bad: It's difficult to heat through. It's a large heat pad and different segments heat at different rates, so you never have a uniform heated pad.The ugly: It's leaking. One of the joints has not been sealed properly, and is leaking gel. I assume this is not healthy stuff being it's from China. It's been returned for a refund.UPDATE: I gambled and purchased another. Guess what, within a week it's leaking from both corners, big blobs of gel. Returned (again) and purchased another brand.

This belt allows lots of room around the waist. You can use it hot or cold. Works Great!

As someone who has experienced a substantial amount of chronic back pain, I am always on the lookout for different pain relievers. I love this ice pack so much! I love that the gel does not freeze solid, so even when you freeze it for days at a time its still flexible and moldable to the shape of your back. The velcro strap is extremely useful and I have found, even provides some further core support and lower back relief. I highly recommend this ice pack!
