Good quality weight especially the soft fabric upper should help it's longevity so the inner pouches don't leak the iron filings powder

Overall the quality of material is ok or more than okay but they are large. Doesn’t look good. If the weights would have been sleek or made of material other than sand/silica (idk exactly wts inside) it would have been much better. I have used it for cycling(20-25 km) and running (5km) doesn’t feel good.

What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

These ankle weights are exactly what I needed! They have a good weight to them and are perfect for adding a bit more intensity to workouts — you definitely feel the leg burn. Plus, the color options are great.

Bought these as i have a small tear in my meniscus. I am using the weights around my ankles to do 10 minute swinging exercise that chiropractor john bergman video showed. like traction for knee, OH MY GOSH!. its working great! These weights are adjustable, just what i needed. Glad i purchased and they seem well made. Easy to velcro and adjust.
