very good syrup to make so many different drinks and foods. I use it when making homemade ice cream. gives the ice cream a great taste. still, it's good mixed as a drink.

Best syrup ever
The flavor is amazing! Tastes just like cinnamon but it’s not over bearing like how some others are. This will definitely be a repeat buy for my iced coffees

Good But Too Big
The flavor of the syrup is very strong cinnamon, so it tastes mostly good. I wish Monin would create bottle sizes 1/2 to 1/3 the size of this bottle for those of us who don't use it a lot.

A simple special
This black currant syrup that is the best we have ever used. The flavor is closest to that of the natural fruit. We use it on fruit salad as well as on a strawberry + raspberry + blueberry mix that we serve on top of pound cake or ice cream for and easy A+ dessert. Also good to put a bit in ginger ale or lemonade; many other uses!

IHOP Spritzer Recreated Perfectly
OMG! This stuff is amazing. IHOP uses it to make this drink and I wanted recreated it at home. The internet didn’t hold back and it’s been a hit!
