I bought one a few months ago and it worked so well that I purchased 2 more. There are 3 sizes of straps. Which is really great because you can adjust the fit better than others. I've had one knee replaced and used the first one for that knee. Then realized that it would help the other knee too. They are comfortable and made of quality materials. But most of all they help me to walk pain free.

Great for knee support

Too bulky for use under knee pads.

This fits nicely on the leg, right below the knee cap. If you have runner’s knee, this will provide you with immediate relief. This is comfortable to wear while running and playing sports. I also have a thicker brace that helps a little more if you have really bad runner’s knee, but this brace is great for most pain caused by runner’s knee.

I bought this in September of 23 And have absolutely loved it and recommended it to multiple people. The velcro was getting to the point it wouldn't stick anymore so I didn't hesitate to order it again and boy am I disappointed. The thing I love the most about this is that the pad was flat and wide rather than the thick bump of silicone in the middle of others. This one still has the flat wide pad but the pad is less than half as thick as the one in my well used support. I won't return it because this is better than nothing but I most certainly will never recommend it again!Update 8/13/24Seller contacted me offering a refund. I asked for a replacement instead. Unfortunately the replacement is just as bad. I got the purple one less than a year ago and hopefully you can see the difference in the 2. The light blue gives no support at all. I am leaving this at one star but 5 stars to the seller for trying to make it right.

Comfortable to wear and good quality material. I like that you get a choice of another 2 straps sizes ,so you get a perfect fit for support

I seem to fall in between the short and medium straps. I used this on a short 5K run and found that it alleviates some of the pain on my patella tendon. My issue isn't it's efficacy... If I tighten it up too much, if felt uncomfortable, especially at the back of the knee. If I loosened it a bit, it tends to slip downwards. I'm going to keep using it for the time being.

I put this on as soon as I got it today and I’m already noticing a difference with my knee! I love that they have straps for different sizes, it’s hard to find that option. Will be buying another one soon.
