My page shows evaporated milk but reviews are kettle chips! **Q: How long after arrival is the expiration date?** A: Potato chips are difficult to sell online, as they arrive to us at about 100 days from expiration. They are not designed to be stored for months. We assemble and ship the cases usually within a week of receipt, but by the time they are shipped they are often at about 2-3 months on average. The good news is that they are often good for months after the "best by", however we do not ship anything expired or near expiration. Our average shipment is about 300 cases, and that takes us about a month to sell. Right now, as of Mar 31, most of our exp. dates are July 2017. The reason is that once I open a bag, I have difficulty not hearing it call my name to have just one or two more until the bag is empty and in the trash. I've been purchasing the one-ounce bags in assorted varieties by numerous manufacturers and these Kettle Brand Potato Chips have won my heart. I purchased a case of the 1.5-ounce bags and am sincerely trying to split it into two servings but if I'm not successful, I've only eaten an ounce and a half. Now, these are very smoky, slightly sweet and salty, but mostly smoky, so I'm more than happy. I've not experienced unsealed bags or bags of crushed potato chips, but then I have not yet gone through each bag in this first case. I'd say that these chips run second only to Tyrrell's Hand Cooked English Crisps which I first had several years ago. Was supposed to be 24 but were only 21. Bought them for a birthday party in two weeks, so cannot comment yet on if they are crushed or how good they are. Expiration date is October 2022 so (should be) good. We love this brand of chips, just was expecting a bit better packaging and the correct amount.
