This was a very nice option when I used it with my Breville Bambino Plus. It's a simple implementation that really helps keep your shower screen clean & helped in reducing any spraying out of my bottomless portafilter.For these types of puck-screens, I have not tried more expensive options but I specifically chose these because I wanted something unbranded and without any goofy slogans or phrases. The edges are a little rough but I have no idea if other brands are smoother.

Love using this for my espresso. If I didn't have my espresso in the mornings id be GRUMPY & no-one wants that.. Listen I need my coffee, and I need it STRONG, I do like my coffee like I like these men... It's a must have. Gives me a dry puck every time. Its great. Get it.

This puck screen works well and fits my standard 58 mm basket. I was skeptical at first but after using them it does seem to reduce variability in shot times. If anything, they are really good at keeping your shower head clean and free of coffee grounds.
