After working as a massage therapist at some of the country's best spa resorts over the years I've had experience using products from many highly rated product houses but have not come across a moisturiser as effective and pleasant to use as this.I originally bought this tallow based product because my skin gets dry from daily swimming in the sea and I was fed up of either using moisturisers that were not intensive enough or my own aromatherapy blends which took too long to absorb and stained my clothes (even though they worked well and smelled wonderful!)I thought there must exist a simple substance, closer in nature to our skins natural secretions than plant oils (not to mention the myriad of exotic sounding ingredients which are added to luxury brands seemingly to boost the sales appeal and justify the price tag rather than for their actual effectiveness).My mum mentioned that she had read rave reviews about tallow for skincare, which was an ingredient I had not encountered before in spas... possibly because it is not vegan/vegetarian and would therefore limit the target audience.After reading about it I decided to give tallow a go and bought this product.What can I say!? I am so impressed!It is stunningly scented.... As soon as I opened the jar I was hit with the divine and heady floral aroma. There's no need to wear perfume when your moisturiser infuses you with such a beautiful and potent fragrance!The texture is so luxurious, like butter whipped until perfectly pale and fluffy enough for the fussiest of patisserie chefs.It is surprisingly light and non-greasy; I was expecting a thick, vaseline type consistency but it is more like a balm which instantly melts into your skin and leaves you feeling so smooth and nourished.A little goes a long way, but a generous application is also absorbed easily and leaves your skin soft, radiant and glowing (without looking oily or shiny).I have only been using this moisturiser for a couple of days but I can already see vast improvements in my skin.My feet have never felt so soft and supple and the slight tan I have on my arms and legs looks amplified now that my skin is so well nourished.I have always had a reddish upper chest with many tiny blood vessels visible, but I notice that these are now starting to fade, which I was not expecting at all!It is very soothing for the shaving rash that I sometimes get on my legs and bikini line and I have a feeling that these rashes won't occur so often now that my skin is so well hydrated.For such a rich product it is surprisingly suitable for use on my face (which in contrast to my dry legs tends to get quite oily and shiny) I would typically use an aloe vera gel as a facial moisturiser because traditional creams are too heavy, but this one seems to actually be helping keep my oiliness at bay.I imagine it would make an ideal make-up base too due to how smooth it feels, but I have yet to test this out because my skin has been looking too good to cover in foundation lately!I chose the jasmine version as I was worried that I wouldn't like the smell of the 'Unscented' product. But when my order arrived it came with a sample of the unscented version and to be honest I couldn't really detect any smell at all.I would happily apply it liberally. But I can't because I gave it to my mum.... who is now ordering herself a full size one!The service of this company was excellent.My order was dispatched quickly and arrived the next day. It was packaged well and came with a useful information sheet as well as a free lip balm and sample.I am very much looking forward to trying out all the gorgeous scents that this product comes in.

I stopped using face moisturiser years ago. I would put it on, then an hour later I would be sweating and have to wipe it off. I used this for the first time last night and it is wonderful. It has gone into my skin beautifully. Also I get heel fissures and sand my heels regularly. After just one use, the skin looks so much better. You also only need to use the product very sparingly, I think it will go a long way. The scent and texture are beautiful too. Based on early use I will definitely keep using this product.

Better than any moisturizer I've ever used

Love the smell but very very greecy but let's see if it makes anything better with my skin.

I was under the impression this was pure grassfed tallow. It's got a ton of additives and also seed oil I started it itching as soon as I put it in my hands. I'm sensitive to seed oils. Way to many additives for me. And arrives in a plastic tub. A no no for me.

The smell of this is beautiful, absolutely love it.

I opted for the essential oil in the cream as I don’t think I could tolerate without. You only need a small amount to massage into the skin. Nice product. I would purchase again, Im sure this will last for a couple of months plus.

Very nice cream very rich for sensitive dry skin. Very small amount needed.The skin looks calmer, less itchy and without redness the next morning that it was applied. Great price and is not a deal breaker, would definitely buy this again!
