Love this brand the quality is really good. The doctor prescribed me a different brand, but two different types and this covers all of it.

I am 43 and always looking for non caffeine ways to boost energy and mental clarity. I’d actually purchased the first bottle a year ago and took them for 2 to 3 weeks but I honestly don’t remember feeling much. Then I stumbled across another article talking about NAD+ and NADH and to not take them with other supplements. I’d remembered that I had a bottle and started taking them again. This time I started to take it first thing in the morning with water before coffee and about an hour before my other supplements. It took about 7-10 days but I honestly can notice a huge boost in energy and cognitive enhancement. I’ve taken them for 2 weeks consistently and just purchased my second bottle. The first 2-3 days I had some tummy issues but nothing crazy and after that I’ve had not changes. Highly recommend.

My father is 88 years d and used to fall sleep every day all the time now he is like the energizer bunny up and awake more energy and happier

Not sure if the capsules should look like they have sand in them or Moldy cheese color?I am unable to find information.Not sure if they are safe to ingest.
