It's okay, I wish I had the option to use it without armrests, and don't get me wrong, you CAN... but the back of the chair feels like its constantly reclined and feels unnatural if you choose to use it without armrests, even after tightening everything as best as I could. So, if you want back support, you'll need the armrests to pull the back of the chair where it's comfortable. With them in, It's comfortable and exactly what I was looking for, just not a fan of the hard armrests and would prefer it without them.

Love my chair I use it to work its comfortable adjustable. And the back is high so it gives support. It can adjust the reclining part. Sturdy and does its job.

We use these in our small conference rooms. They are great for short meetings. They've held up well for that purpose. There is not a lot of padding, so i don't know if I would want to sit in them all day long. They do seem to be durable. They were easy to assemble. An excellent value.

BUYER BEWARE: My business purchased eight (8) of these chairs based on their stylish online description, but we were disappointed with the product for the following reasons: the dimensions were unsuitable for our users; the product itself was unsatisfactory, unstable, and flimsy upon use; the quality of the material was poor; the armrests were unstable; and the gray color was inaccurate and did not match the online description.Since we only opened one (1) chair to test the product and avoid assembling all of them if one did not work, I requested that the product be returned to the vendor. Since making this request, the vendor has:1. Refused to issue return labels unless we bear the $15.00 per box fee, as per their return policy, which states, "It is due to your own problems, such as dislike or no longer needing the item, that you will bear the return fee."2. After I explained the additional above-referenced issues with the product, the vendor requested proof in pictures to confirm that all eight (8) chairs were defective.3. After I explained that only one chair was assembled and determined to be unsuitable/unstable for our use, the vendor stated they would waive the fee for one (1) chair and that we would bear the $15.00 fee for the remaining seven (7) chairs.At this point, these poorly made chairs just need to leave our building. If I could give this chair a zero, that would be my choice. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale to you before purchasing this product.
