Very easy to setup on Windows, you just plug it in, install the drivers, and you're good to go. The antenna isn't just for show as I have noticed visible range increase, at least on my laptop. Careful tho, support for Linux, on anything past kernel 5.3, is nonexistent. If you have Ubuntu 20.04 or higher, and anything of that nature, this thing won't work.

Ugreen is my first option for any electronic device , because of good quality and good price

Way better than my built-in wifi, i see at least like 7x more devices than before. Installing the drivers was sort-of easy, just follow the simple instructions on the first github result when you search rtl8821cu, its working totally fine, can do everything my built-in one can do. Should take like 10 mins to set up

The Ugreen AC650 wireless USB adapter (Model: CM496. Product Number: 90339.) doubles as a read only USB thumb drive which contains the Ugreen AC650 Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11 driver installer, Setup.exe. The Ugreen AC650 is listed in Explorer as CD Drive (X:) Wireless. After the Ugreen AC650 Windows driver is installed, the Ugreen AC650 no longer appears in Explorer. To install the Ugreen AC650 Windows driver, plug the Ugreen AC650 into USB port. If AutoPlay is enabled, the notification area will prompt what to do with the attached CD Drive (X:) Wireless disc. Click the prompt and then click Run Setup.exe. If AutoPlay is disabled, the notification area will not prompt what to do with the attached CD Drive (X:) Wireless disc, and you will have to install the Ugreen AC650 Windows driver manually via Explorer. The Ugreen AC650 Linux driver is available for download via the Ugreen website.
