My clients love this.
I do lymphatic drainage therapy for post-cosmetic surgery and post-explant clients. If they develop stubborn fibrotic lumps, I sell them a sheet of Lymphpad and explain how to cut it to size. They love it. The bumps press gently on the skin to break down fibrotic tissue and the channels between the bumps of the pad really help lymph fluid flow out of the areas of congestion.

Be careful of bruising
If you plan to use this, be careful about bruising. If your skin is in a delicate state, wait a few months, or wear for only a few hours. This isn't like the post-op foams meant to be worn all day.
