Have only applied a month ago and so far so good. I figure if it ever comes loose will just add glue. Used an oscillating saw to cut it. It's difficult to cut where the glass is but worked around that. Most of my cuts didn't encounter the glass squares and those that did are adjacent and beneath my window sill.Am updating this review a month later. Tile all still adhered nicely. I figure if anything comes loose in the future I'll just glue it back on.This is very rich looking tile. I have attached photos of the tool I used to cut it. I am a retired women, so this is really not very difficult to do. Photo shown of what edges look like after cutting and before applying. Since my cuts all sit against the counter, they are not at all noticable. Recommend when you cut for outlets that you make cut larger than where the outlet screws are. I cut mine too close and had to purchase longer screws for outlet covers. I included a photo of outlet before cover applied.I chose oscillating saw due to safety concerns of saw recommended by manufacturer. I am no spring chicken. I placed the tile on an old 2 x 4 piece of wood atop an outdoors table to cut.Am super happy with results. My husband loves it too.

OMG! I love this stuff. It’s so light and easy to hang. The adhesive is the ultimate. As an interior designer this is a game changer. It was very easy to cut into pieces if needed. I’ve seen some say it’s cheap material. I disagree. I bought a heavier tile with the same design and it was so hard to work with. It needs to be a bit flimsy for better installation and easy to cut for tough spots. This took me about an hour. One more hour and it will be completed done!

The media could not be loaded.  I upgrade my bathroom mirror and it turned out really nice. The adhesive was really sticking, so once the tiles were on that was it. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I had looked for 2 years for the perfect tile for a small hallway in our home. My husband loved the ease of installation. He added adhesive so they would stay stuck as we live in FL and humidity can affect how long things will stay attached.he had the wall done in less than 1 hour. Absolutely beautiful.

I plan to make a table top for my kitchen. I plan to make a 48” x 32 top with these tiles and cover them with epoxy to level the top.

You have to be perfect to put this up. Once up don’t try and get it off. I would not recommend this product.
