Such a great product. I love that my cat hears my voice when it is time to eat. I set it to go off multiple times during the day so he gets nice fresh kibbles. This works great with Iams cat food. Worth every penny to know if I get held up when I’m not home, my sweet boy has something to eat and doesn’t miss his “dinner.” I use this in conjunction with his wet food. He always looks forward to these additional meals through the day. It is easily adjustable to the anmount you want dispensed and how often you want it dispensed. Every cat or dog owner should have one of these. Easy to set up and use! Great value for the money. I have to admit he was a bit timid at first, but got past that quickly. He now goes immediately to the feeder when it plays my voice saying it is time for “dinner” and waits for the food to come through. I’ve been using this for 9 months now.

I've been using this feeder since September, and now in December 2025, it's still working perfectly. The Wi-Fi setup took a bit longer than expected, but it was easy overall. I really love it, and I also purchased the filtered water dispenser (different review). It has a small footprint and a nice contemporary design. One downside is that it could come with a few more desiccants instead of just one. However, I appreciate that I could leave my cat home for a few days with it. The volume is adequate but can be adjusted if it’s too loud. I'm so pleased with this feeder that I'm considering getting two cameras from this brand as well. Oh, and my cat loves it!

BUY THESE. I didn’t think I needed desiccant pouches at first until I realized I absolutely did. Dry pet food still contains enough moisture that, when left in an automated feeder without a desiccant, it can become damp and start to spoil. These pouches make a noticeable difference in keeping the food fresh and dry. Replacing the desiccant regularly is a must for anyone using an automatic pet feeder. Do it on schedule and your pets (and your feeder) will thank you. No regrets at all. These are a simple but essential purchase.

I have five cats and five feeders. I use them to make it easier for myself and so I can program them to feed my cats before my dog wakes up in the morning and after he goes to sleep at night. Otherwise, my dog eats all their food. I thought the feeders would be good for a weekend trip away, but I don’t trust them for that. Last night I just happened to look at the app and noticed none of the feeders were online. I thought that was strange so I started trying to figure out why and noticed the app was not working at all. I made the mistake of un binding one feeder so I could reconnect it to the app to see if I could get it to go back online and that is how I knew the app was down. I could not get the feeder set back up in the app or any of them to reconnect to the Wifi. The feeders will still feed even though they lose Wi-Fi connection, but you just can’t tell in the app, which would be kind of scary if I weren’t home. I woke up this morning and the app was working again and the feeders were connected again, and I was able to pair the one that I unbinded, but still, if I were away, I would not have known for sure if my cats were being fed. Other than that, the feeders work fine and really help with scheduled feedings.

I have no real cons about this feeder but ive only had it for half a day so ill have to update after a couple weeks but for now let's go through the good thing. The only bad thing I experienced is that the cord is a little hard to put in the back so I couldn't figure out why it wasn't turning on and it turned out that I just needed to jam the cord further in. Pros: *easy set up - just plug in and download the app, with simple instructions. *has a slot for fresh pack so the food stays fresh *holds about 6.5 pounds of small cat kibble * has a lock on the lid so the cats can't open it/ also has a lock on the touch pad so the cats can't auto dispense whenever they like. *dispenses the exact amount. I set it to a half cup amd the emptied the bowl into a measure cup and it was exact. *battery backup. Supports d batteries, in case of power outage. * app is really easy to navigate. * looks really clean and matches my other cat products. I actually turned away other higher reviewed feeders because this one matched better and im glad I did. * sturdy enough that I don't think the cats will tip it over. * cheaper than alternatives * comes apart into different sections to clean.

Edit: Increase rating base on Petlibro wonderful consumer service. Brought up the issue to the original company and after reviewing the video to prove it was the base that was the issue, Petlibro sent me a replacement base. I just got it and it is working so far. Crossing fingers it last more than 2 years. Original: After 6 month of use (and it wasn’t set to go off everyday either), the motor is dead. I keep getting an error message on the app saying the motor is stuck and to clean out the feeder but that’s not the issue. I’ve tried cleaning the machine out and it’s not a food blockage. The motor just won’t turn anymore. I've tried gently turning the motor manually and it won’t budge. There’s no way to open the machine to look under the motor to see if there’s an issue too. Very disappointing. The feeder isn’t cheap either

I had initially thought that this was 6 packs of 4 each. But it's just 6 items in the pack for almost £20. I doubt that this costs more than 20p to manufacture. And they want you to replace them every 2 weeks!

Good feeder for our 2 cats. Nice outlook and is easy to use. Spent a few minutes doing the settings and connecting the network via the App. Everything is under my control, able to feed my cats by schedule or manually. when I was on holiday or working, I can check the bowl of the feeder all the time through my home camera so that I can amend the quantity of food for my cats instantly if in case. I'm not worried about being out of food. Peace of mind.

I have been using this feeder for over a year without any issue. It is reliable and makes life easier when I have to go out. It it is easy to setup, compliant with 5 ghz wifi. I wish it would notify me when food is low (notifies only when running out of food), but other than that, I am definitely happy with my purchase!
