Earth Day Engagement
My students loved this book for Earth Day. They were engaged and were prompted to ask questions as they were eager to learn more. My students are k-2 Special Education Students.

Great book for teaching young students about recycling and taking care of the earth
I used this to teach my PreK students a unit on recycling and taking care of the earth!

Wonderful Books!
I purchased all 3 of the "Little Green Books" in this set - one copy for my 5-year-old grandson, and two copies for our Creation Care Council at Church - 1 copy of each is now on our bookshelf at Church, and 1 copy of each was placed in a gift basket for our Festival. My grandson loved them, and the Chair of our Council thought they were adorable - she chuckled all the way through each of them! These are great books to get younger kids and early readers interested in and involved in recycling and helping to take care of our planet. I highly recommend them!

Good to teach ways to protect the Earth
I purchased this book last year to use during Earth Day lesson plans. Used it again this year. Great tool to help teach about how we can all help save the Earth. I'm asked to read this book all the time. I still ask the kids on a regular basis what we can do to be like Max the Little Green Monster. I'm so proud when they say... turn off the lights, don't waste water, pick up trash(wash your hands after), don't litter...

Greta message
I think I was more excited for this book. With all the electronics itโs hard to encourage book time. I will keep trying ๐

I LOVE this book!!!
Such a adorable book about a little monster that does everything inside and really doesn't care. Then one day there is a black out and without any power this little monster goes outside, takes a look around and then with each passing day he finds beauty. Along with great ways to protect the environment that he finds so wonderful! I read this to all my kids for a bedtime story. They all loved it and cannot wait to read it again for earth day. Perfect!

Kids liked it
I bought this to read to my son's 1st grade class for Earth Day. It's fun and easy for them to understand, while giving them lots of ideas of how to be better to/for the environment. His teacher also loved it and said she might buy one herself. I don't buy a lot of new books, but this book is made of recycled paper and plant-based ink, so that helps. I very much recommend for that age group.

Kids love it and made out of recycled paper
The 2year old I care for loves this book and loves the pictures. My favorite part about the book is not only that it teaches kids to care for the environment but the book itself is environmentally friendly because it is made out of recycled paper.
