Is there a women’s version of the bolt sock?

I'm a woman and I'm wearing them. I'm totally fine with it.

After washing, would these socks dry quickly without a dryer?

I've only dried them in a drier. However, it depends on what amount of time you have as to whether you think that the time was fast enough for you. There's nothing at all except artificial fibers which means that the water isn't absorbed in the fabric. It's pretty much on the surface of each thread. If the fabric was cotton it would take a long time b/c cotton absorbs water and the water needs to evaporate from within the thread - whereas artificial fibers need to get rid of water on the surface of the thread = faster drying. If you put the socks in the drier they will shrink - but they stretch out again. Put them in the drier on the oolest setting - just air blowing through the fabric, is my optimum solution.for you.
