Expensive but worth for the design and quality
Finally, I found a cargo mat that perfectly fits my BMW 2022 X7. First, no double-sided tape is needed to attach the panels to the back of the seats. I hate double-sided tapes. They become a mess after heating up. Second, it is flexible and works properly while flipping up and down the back of the seats. The lower part of the mat won’t jam the back of the moving panel of the seats. It is expensive, almost double the price of other similar rubber-made products. I am happy with my purchase.

Fits 2024 X7
Purchased this to cover and protect the cargo area, including 3rd row seats when they're folded flat. First, it fits the 2024 X7 (when I purchased, it said it was not a fit for 2024 models). Secondly, while it is thinner than I expected, it is still awesome. It doesn't need to be removed when the 3rd row is in the upright position, or when the seats are folded flat. It is a split design, that works perfectly when folding down 1 seat at a time. For the small cargo area not attached to the 3rd row seats the cover is a solid piece that fits the area nicely. The seat portions of the cover come off of that solid piece and are split up the middle, protecting each seat individually. I'm very happy with this purchase. It is the only rear cargo protective cover I found that does not need to be removed ever. Great design! Would happily purchase again.

Good fit
This is the third cargo mat I bought. The previous two do not stay in place. Finally, this one fits the BMW X7 perfectly and stays in place without additional adhesives. I am happy with this purchase.

Amazing. No Odor. Fits Perfectly. 3rd row seats can be raised/lowered separately.
This cargo liner is amazing. No Odor. Fits Perfectly. 3rd row seats can be raised/lowered separately. Like another reviewer stated, it has straps that go around the 3rd row seat headrests which keeps it attached to the back of the seat(s) when raising them. Like the listing states, it has a "grabby" backing that keeps it from sliding on the carpet. I researched them all, and this is the best (for me). I have a mix of OEM BMW (front row), Weathertech (2nd row), and this one for the cargo liner. The perfect setup!

Perfect Fit!
This was a perfect pick up for my X7, it looks OEM and works great! It’s light weight , thin but durable. This fits perfectly in the back trunk area and moves with the seat when adjusted .

fits well
Bought this product for the trunk space on my suv. The fit was great. It fit really well in the space and was super easy to install. I like how it maintains its shape even when moving the third row up and down. Only reason it isn't 5 stars, is because the material is pretty thin and feels cheap. I've only had it a short while so well see how it pasts overtime. Overall good product and very happy with the fit and the sliding mechanism, just wish it was made a little thicker and felt more durable.

Outstanding product with necessary compromises
I'm a HUGE fan of the Kagu mats and have had them in a few cars now. Looking for a liner for the cargo area in the X7, this one fits perfectly, LOOKS terrific, and offers excellent coverage. The only frustrating bit is that when the seats are up, the cargo liner has a folded section which interferes somewhat with having a flat cargo area. This is more of a nuisance when it's brand new, it settles down after awhile and I don't even notice it anymore. But when I first installed it I was a little concerned. If this fold wasn't present, the liner wouldn't fully cover the seat backs when they're folded down, so I think it's the only way to manage it correctly.

Functional!
I installed this about a month ago in my 2025 BMW X7 and now that I’ve lived with it, I really like it. Pro: It was easy to install. It doesn’t smell like rubber or much of anything. I wanted something that would split with the seats, check! It doesn’t slide and does the job of protecting your car. Con: I think it could stick to the seats a little better but not a deal breaker because it attaches to the third row headrests well. Also, the back bottom of the third row seat where the fold is. It could either go to the floor or to the seat. It would make sense to stick to the back seat in case you need more room for your Sam’s club purchases. Overall: I couldn’t find a better mat on the market with the split so overall I’m very satisfied with this product. It will protect from spills and junk that gets caught on carpet. In addition, the fit confused me because the packaging was labeled as another vehicle. So I actually sent it back and bought another one. Got the same vehicle description with the second mat so I tried it in the BMW and it fit.
