Easy to install, lighter tension cords if compared with the black cord. Excellent to strenghten core and muscle definition.
Excellent quality tension cords (yellow ones brings lighter tension if compared with black cords or even if compared with stamina red tension cords) to use on my brand new 4-cord Stamina Aeropilates Home Reformer XP 556 Pro. This is a great addition for our Pilates equipment as I can combine them with two black cords (medium tension) or use them for specific exercises that I want to do as I am looking to improve muscle tone on my abs and arms while not increasing too much the amount of muscle but looking more for greater muscle definition and to increase core strength. These cords were easy to install and I am considering to get a couple of red tension cords so I can combine two yellows, one black and one red tension cord on my Pilates home reformer.

Takes 2 people to attach
2 person job to attach. Maybe the older cords were too stretched, but these were much shorter and required one person to pull and stretch it tight and another person to tie the knot. Once they are on they work great.
