It says pack of 4. Does it come with 4, 3 oz canisters?

This seems to be a scam - I only received one container, but the product description says 4! If I don't get the other three I will report this to Amazon.

I can't speak for sensitive scalp, but this is the most mild product I have found on the market. Good hold quality without being overly fragrant or stiff. I have used this exclusively now for at least 5 years.
