I am flight crew, and I was looking for a VERY LARGE cooler bag because I am gone for 4 or 5 days at a time. In terms of size, this bag fits the bill PERFECTLY. HOWEVER, that's pretty much where its usefulness ends for my purposes. The bag is thin and has no structure, so everything tends to sag in the middle when lifting it. I have to alternate between wrapping the strap and handles around my add a bag hook because there is no trolley sleeve. I am certainly not deducting stars for that, because it isn't advertised as a crew bag, I just wanted others to be aware in case they are considering it. After just a week or so of use, the strap and handles are already showing signs of stress, so I know I won't be able to use this for work for very long. Again, no stars are deducted because I am not using it as it was intended. Under normal conditions these issues may not exist.The bag is huge, which I love, and holds food for 5 days, which saves me lots of money and keeps me from dining out on unhealthy options. The top section and front pocket are awesome, and mimic my other crew bag, only larger :-). Both are very roomy. These sections are useful for snacks, condiment packets and other things that don't need to be kept cold. In the main compartment, my food stays cold with the 2 gel packs and the lock and lock container of ice that I use, but I did find that my ice melted 3/4 of the way after 8 hours. I usually have virtually no melted ice in my other bag in the same amount of time. Granted, the other bag is much smaller, but it is also lined with a thicker material. I do wish this bag were of a sturdier construction and had a solid base to keep my containers from sagging in the middle. Hopefully some company will see this and recognize and fulfill this need because the current crew bags on the market are simply TOO SMALL to hold 5 days worth of food.In spite of this bag falling short for my needs, I must give MAJOR KUDOS to the company for their customer service. My bag arrived without the additional replacement liner. I sent an email to them, and received a prompt response and a replacement liner within days. Very seldom does a company bother to care enough to respond immediately, and its a near miracle if they take responsibility and resolve the issue. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH HOME STOCK FOR YOUR STELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE.If you are reading this, please consider making a TRUE crew bag in this size or larger that is a sturdier, heavier weight fabric, with a solid base and a thicker internal liner. A trolley sleeve would be icing on the cake. Create such a bag, and I would be your first customer and spread the news to the traveling world at large :-)

This is great for me as wheelchair user who rides bus. I put meats in cooler and I feel it's safer then just plastic bags in my tote bags. Highly recommend. Much roomer than you think. I can lay 3 2-liter diet cokes in this and still have a little room.

I like the size, but I wish it had a hard plastic liner so it would hold its shape better and could be filled with ice.

The bags is very well made but unless it is full it just collapses.

I've had a few lunch bags in the past... but this is by far the best lunch bag EVER... lots of room.. easy to clean.. durable..need a great lunch bag.. that has plenty of room.. this is the bag..

When I purchased this cooler, the description didn't indicate this cooler is not intended to hold ice which is what I needed. After I left my original review the seller reached out to me immediately and went above and beyond + they updated their description.So, if you planning on using freezer packs/gels then this is a great product + a great seller.

Really no stars from me! Got this as a gift for my husband and now can no longer return this useless cooler! Description never said anything about not using ice. This bag leaks everywhere! Even using ice packs, they sweat and leak through. Very upset I wasted my money on what I thought would be a nice gift!

I bought this cooler because it is collapsible, so not as bulky as the standard hard-sided coolers, yet much more spacious than many soft-sided coolers. Its main use is as an easily transportable cooler for when I take my kids on day trips. The zippered upper compartment can hold dining-ware or gear depending on your use, plus there is a mesh compartment under the upper flap to hold utensils or tools. The main compartment has a zip-in waterproof liner and is large enough for at least 12 upright 12 oz. bottles plus ice. The nice surprise was an extra zip-in liner to use while the other one is getting cleaned if it gets mucked up with stuff. This cooler seems to strike the right balance for me between not too big and bulky and not too small and flimsy. I also like the versatility of having the top and front compartments to carry other items compared to needing a separate bag for these things with the single compartment hard coolers or smaller soft-sided coolers.
