Finaflex Ketotropin Ketogenic Diet Support, 120 Count

I only just got these so I don't know how effective they will be, but I will say I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. I took these about an hour before my first meal and felt energized like I had just had a cup of coffee without the caffeine jitters.**edit**I'm writing this 4 days after my initial review. If you are not drinking enough water with these they might cause you to have a headache. I have been taking these for 4 days and I tested drinking less water than was recommended and ended up with a pretty naggy headache. After drinking water (min 64oz) I felt much better. As for an update on whether they work or not, yes yes yes they do. I have not changed my eating habits (ketogenic diet) at all and have lost 5 pounds in 4 days after being in a major slump for about a month. It may be water weight, it might be actual fat loss, I'm not sure, but I see a difference. I am taking these in conjunction with MCT oil capsules and I feel better than I have ever felt. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!*Update- 30 days in*I am still taking these, I am still loving these. I work a pretty sedentary job and have managed to lose 10 pounds since I started taking these. The first initial weight loss was a major "woosh" but I have consistently continued to loose weight. This will be my last update/edit, I wanted to give them a fair shot before my final review. I love them and will continue to take them until I hit my goal weight (20 lbs to go!). They have made such a noticable change to my body that now my fiance wants to start taking them so he can have more energy at work and lose a bit more weight.

I am doing the intermittent fasting. I wake up and drink my coffee and take my keto tropin capsules. I use the keto fuel for lunch and have a balanced meal for dinner.

I have tried a couple diff bhb pills and this one so far has been the best.

I have been using this product for a couple weeks and noticed a difference from day 1. I had tremendous lasting energy without any jitters. My performance increased during my workouts and I can honestly say that Ketotropin delivers on it's promise. I will definitely buy this again.

Not really a review more of a question a serving consist of 4 pills but I have read take two before first meal then the other 2 before your afternoon meal? Would I take 4 prior to first meal and another 4 prior to afternoon meal as long no more than 6 servings are taken? Not sure just wondering which is better?

Already doing a Keto diet but i had reached a point where the weight stopped coming off, regardless of how much i exercised. After 2 weeks of taking this, i am down another 8 lbs!!’

I read some pretty good reviews on this product and was very excited to try it. I received the bottle in the mail and everything was normal except when I opened the oversized bottle I did noticed under the sealed label there was an excess amount of cotton. Like 2 huge pieces that took up most of the bottle. After a few doses in I realized after removing the final piece of cotton from the bottle that my 120 ketotropin pills were really 40-50 pills of Caltrate. The name clearly visible on the pills which I clearly didn't inspect enough and Ive never had anything like this happen in years and years of using amazon. Very Scary and upsetting but grateful all I took was Caltrate (Calcium and Vitamin D) well at least as far as I know since thats what the pills are labeled.

My bottle seems to be defective! There is a large gash on the outside, cut almost all the way through the hard plastic bottle. And the pills inside are clumped together, almost as if they were wet at some point. One of them (or more) has broken open and the pills are all covered in powder. And the cotton that was at the top is stuck to many of the pills inside. The bottle was sealed on top upon receipt--don't know how any of this could have happened.Only giving 1 star due to the appearance of the pills. Also, I cannot tell if they are doing anything yet, even though I have been taking them for over a week. I guess time will tell......Not satisfied with this purchase due to the quality. What happened???
