Will these ruin your teeth? I still have braces and also happen to be a little but I am concerned the pacies will ruin my teeth/braces

Ive had braces before, but just have a permenant retainer behind my top 6 front teeth and bottom 6 front teeth and I don’t have any problems. I can’t imagine it would effect your teeth too badly unless you were using them 24/7. Since braces are made to move your teeth where they want them to go, I’d say you’d be fine, since they’ll be checking on your teeth regualarly.

Do they help someone who is trying to quit smoking?

They would help for the oral fixation part. I replaced stress eating with pacifier usage. I recommend you dip it in listerine or similar mouth wash before each use.
