I’m not really a car person or one who makes adjustments to my vehicle but I lost a cap and purchased these as a replacement. I think they actually look really cool on the tires and enhance my car. Very solid pieces and larger than the normal cap so easy to screw on.

Easy to put on and definitely a difference compared to the standard caps a tire normally comes with. I wanted something low key but looked professional. The color is solid and its easy to put on and take off.

I bought these to replace my 2010 Volvo valve stem caps. I wanted to show the difference between the original Volvo parts and this item. First, when I took off an old cap, the top just broke off, which was actually quite handy because I was able to get a good picture and show how they're made. As can be seen, they have a rubber seal. They are hard plastic, which means no metal corrosion, but they weren't very long on the stem so approximately half of the thread was left exposed. But since it had the rubber seal, that didn't result in a air leak issue.In comparison, these CKAuto stems ALSO have a rubber seal. It's hard to see, but there's a slightly raised black rubber ring inside. They do NOT have a raised inner ring like the Volvo part, but I have doubts that this helped prevent air from leaking. I could be mistaken, though. With the new cap, when I screwed it on, it covered the entire thread area and it snugged down really well. I could tell it was plastic inside as it seemed to seal better than an aluminum cap would.I just got these today, so I will post an update once they've been on my car for a while.
