Any kind of supplement is tough to judge as far as efficacy, I think. None of them are going to produce miracles; at best, I think you're hoping for some minor relief or (the hardest to judge) holding off problems for awhile. I don't have serious prostate issues; who knows if these supplements are contributing to that or not!BUT, I've had supplements that are difficult to swallow and I've had some that don't smell great or have broken open in the bottle and made a mess of everything. None of that in this case. These are good, sturdy capsules. Two a day is very easy to manage. They're easy enough that I have no issues recommending them from an "ease of Use" standpoint.

This product is excellent for healing the prostate.

I take supplements for my prostate consistently. These are definitely working well for me because I haven’t gotten up more than once a night. I actually stayed in bed until I was up for the day a few times now, which is great and impossible if these weren’t working well.They look to be made clean and of fine international ingredients, but in the USA. I’m really happy with them and my only wish would be that they supplied more actual info about their manufacturing and testing. Otherwise, I’d still recommend them for a better nights sleep if they help you as they are me.

I like the many ingredients that are here in addition to a strong dose of saw palmetto. Many prostate supplements have only half the saw palmetto found here. The capsules are typical in size and are easy to swallow. Be aware there's a lot of zinc and 50mg exceeds the 40mg recommended by the National Institutes of Health as the upper limit for adults (easily found via web search). I already get zinc in another supplement, so I'm only taking one of these prostate capsules instead of two. I wish these didn't have so much zinc.
