After spending some time reviewing door pinch guards, we settled on this brand. I particularly liked that the guard ships as folded flat piece. Most other ones I saw ship rolled up, and you have to undo the curvature before you can install. The installation of these guards was very easy: It took me less than 15 minutes to complete 4 pieces (2 doors, front and back). The instructions are fairly straightforward, but I recommend watching the installation video. The guards are well-engineered. They fold up and unfold nicely, with no bunching or resistance. We haven't had enough time to evaluate adhesion longevity, but the initial adhesion strength was very good. The instructions include steps to remove the adhesive tape in case you need to take the guards out. I suspect you could replace the adhesive tape with some other double-sided tape to re-affix the guard on another door.I have one recommendation for the seller: I noticed that the corners of my door guards were dinged during shipping unfortunately. Adding 4 small cardboard corner protectors to the packaging would go a long way in eliminating this from occurring in my view.

The installation was easy enough with good instructions. I will say it's probably a good idea to have someone hold it in place and see how it affects being able to close the door. It has the bonus of preventing the door from slamming with wind going through the house. These are durable and well worth the money. Prevent doors from slamming and prevents injury to children's fingers. Absolutely excellent.
