These flashlights are compact, very reliable, throw a VERY BRIGHT beam, easily adjust beam focus and have an emergency strobe mode that is distinctive and noticeable. I was tired of dealing with the common/standard 2-D-Cell flashlights that were dim (at best), often required shaking to secure a fleeting beam, rarely seemed to reasonably operate during a power outage and never provided a focused beam. The solid push-button actuator ALWAYS operates cleanly and efficiently and the metal body is tough/accident-resistant. The color bands allow easy differentiation of each flashlight, which can be useful for location, user identification or usage tracking. In other words, these flashlights are well-worth consideration - I would purchase again.

I put 3 stars for battery life because, since I just received the flashlights, I have NO idea yet how long the battery will last. The flashlights, however, are made well (each takes 3 AAA batteries) and a perfect size to put in a pocket or purse (or to pack for travels). At a unit cost of a little more than $4 each, they are a fair price for a nice product. They each are accented with a different colored band so can be gifted (stocking stuffer) to 4 members of a family and each can identify their flash low ight. So far, I am pleased with this purchase - the workmanship, quality, and versatility (modes) of the light beam are VERY nice.

I'm happy with the flashlights overall but wish I'd gone with a version that didn't include the strobe light. It turns on quite often by mistake and was especially frustrating to my kids when we went trick or treating (turning them on and off so many times made for quite a bit of strobe-light-induced-frustration). The flashlights are reasonably bright and the ability to focus the light on a wide or narrow area is a good feature. We also like the colors on the sides. It doesn't really add anything for functionality but my kids enjoyed being able to have their favorite colors.

Overall...these Flashlights are awesome.. ! I was looking for just #2 and thankfully I came across this 4-Pack and after checking them out....I bought them...glad I did ! For one thing...I am getting #4 flashlights for the price of #2....Big time savings. And after loading them up with my Batteries....no complaints ! You can zoom In or zoom Out...whatever your preference/need is for. And very Bright to boot ! And if your thinking I really do Not need #4 Flashlights....well actually, Yes you do ! Everyone should Always have extra Flashlights lying around. Keep the Batteries Out until you need to use them (save them forever that way). And us folks here in the South with Hurricane Season upon us....the more Flashlights....the better ! In A Nutshell...these are worth getting....I Def reco...!

Smaller than I thought they would be but they give off off great light, much brighter than I expected for a small flashlight. Easily fits in your pocket. There is a strobe feature and if you turn it on and off 3 times the strobe light will automatically come on (3 settings-high, low, and strobe). I dislike the strobe feature but it’s easily bypassed. I really like the colored ring that lights up when it’s oN. Each person in the family has a different color and we know whose is who’s.

I have used one of these flashlights for over 3 years. It's a great size for popping in my pocket while walking the dog (and holding in my mouth while using 2 hands to scoop - try doing that with your phone flashlight!). Unlike the similarly-sized pretty LED flashlights on display at the hardware store check-out, these flashlights actually keep on working. When a car is coming I turn it on to flashing mode for safety/visibility. I just purchased a new 4-pack and gave one to everyone in my family.

The (working) flashlights have a nice design, are bright, and seem to be performing well so far. Of the 4 I received, 1 did not work at all. I contacted BYBLIGHT about getting a replacement and heard back quickly asking for my Amazon order information. I sent the info to them, but it has been radio silence since then even after multiple emails inquiring about the replacement status.

These lights were a gift for our daughter. They are bright and easy to use. She is only a toddler, but it is easy enough for her to turn on. The features (strobe, shape) are an added bonus, as are the colors to keep track of which flashlight is hers. We are using reusable batteries in them, since she likes to use them a lot, and they work just fine. A good value for the money.
