We bought this back in September for my son‘s birthday, and it was obviously too cold out to play it here in Nebraska. Yesterday we opened it up to play some baseball in the front yard and the ball return doesn’t even work first time we’ve ever used it now I have a $90 paperweight. Hopefully the company would replace it! 3/9/24 Update!!! Thanks to GREAT customer service we received a new unit yesterday and it works perfectly. Thanks for backing your product!

This is a fun little gadget for my eight year old nephew. Needed something to keep him outside during his summer stay. This was a winner. It took a little getting used to, as some of the pitches pop high, as if being thrown underhanded. It wasn’t consistent with the direction of pitches either, but that could maybe be due to calibration. It’s fun enough and a good tool to get the kiddos some batting practice.

Disappointed with the poor quality. We used it once and it worked as expected. The next time we tried to use it, the motor turned on but the ball feed mechanism did not work. Incredibly frustrating for both my 9 year old and me.

We were excited to try this electronic baseball pitcher, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. It comes with special balls that are quite different from real baseballs—lighter and smaller—which makes practicing feel less realistic. The pitching mechanism is also inconsistent; it doesn’t throw the same way each time, which makes it hard for my son to get into a rhythm or build confidence. He gave it a few tries, but between the unpredictable pitches and the unfamiliar balls, it just wasn’t enjoyable. Ultimately, it’s been sitting unused. I appreciate the idea behind the product, but it needs some serious improvements to be truly helpful for young players.

Very happy. Bought it for cricket practice. I bought this for practicing my cricket strokes. I placed it on a height (my dinner table) and started playing. Really nice speed when you play closer to the machine. Definitely not a replacement for actual bowling. But works well as a replacement for throw downs. Very low noise: I can play in my living room without being worried too much about the noise. Don’t know the durability as it’s been only two days so far.

Its ok but the balls are so light and unbalanced that it's impossible to get any consistency trying to hit with it. The balls are all over the place. Wind is a big factor however we've tried it inside and same issue. Inconsistent launching. Wouldn't recommend
