Great SSD holder at a reasonable price - No tools required!
Well-made, product, does the job exactly as needed. Can be used for multiple different sized SSDs. Used it to extract the information from the SSD of a dead laptop. Now I can reuse that SSD in the UGreen holder as an extra external drive in a different computer. Comes with two cables, one C to C and the other C to A so it will work with most all computers and it should withstand be jostled around as it comes with an internal shock absorbing pad and an external case cover that absorbs shock as well. What more could you want at a very reasonable price?

Great enclosure at a great price, easy to set up and use.
Got this for an enclosure for 512gb Kingston NVME drive as an external drive for a Mac Mini. Do note in case you're one to not read the fine print this is only 10gb speed, not full 40 of Thunderbolt but it says that. And it works just fine.

it's great
works perfectly, it's resistent to heat and easy to install and compact, the material is nice and the product is kinda heavy meaning it's good quality, i only ever used it once but that's all i needed it for anyway. I recommend it

Great Storage Solution with a Minor Flaw in the Heating Department
I recently purchased this external hard drive and have had some time to test it thoroughly. Here are my thoughts:Pros:- Robust Storage Capacity: The drive offers ample space for backups and large files, which is perfect for both personal use and professional applications.- Fast Transfer Speeds: Connectivity and data transfer are seamless and swift, making it a reliable choice for frequent file transfers.- Compact and Portable: Its sleek design makes it easy to carry around, fitting comfortably in a laptop bag or even a pocket.Ease of Use: The setup was straightforward without any complicated procedures, working seamlessly with multiple operating systems.Cons:- Thermal Performance: The drive comes with a thermal pad, which is a nice touch. However, I've noticed it doesn’t do a great job in terms of heating. It tends to get quite warm during heavy use, which worries me about long-term performance and durability. The heating issue is especially noticeable when the drive needs to format large amounts of data simultaneously.Overall: Despite the heating issue, this external hard drive is a solid performer in most other aspects. It’s reliable, easy to use, and portable, making it a great choice for anyone in need of extra storage. Just be a bit cautious with prolonged heavy use, and consider additional cooling solutions if you plan to push its limits regularly. I’m giving it four out of five stars due to the thermal pad's underperformance.

Used this to clone two drives. No complaints so far.
Used it to clone my friends SSD to another fatter SSD. Worked really well and I also used it to clone my SSD on my steam deck and worked really well for that. It is a super sick design that works better than the other NVME to usb adapter I had that I bought from newegg.I would say probably the best part of this is how fast it is. If your pc has a usb c adapter makes this device entirely worth it for speed alone. It's a little bit expensive for what you get but that is okay it's not that bad. When you install the SSD into it over and over again I noticed that the device doesn't stay closed unless you force it. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of when putting a SSD inside of it.By far the easiest SSD adapter to put an NVME in it because it doesn't require a screw driver and a bolt to hold the SSD down.

So far it's been working like a charm...
I usually use it to clone Windows when I change hard drives, and it's worked quite well. The speeds it offers are adequate for a USB-C device. It comes with a USB-A cable, but I don't use it often. I also haven't used it for long periods of time or for transferring extremely large amounts of data that take a long time. However, the times I've used it, it's worked well. The price seems a bit steep to me, although I'm no longer surprised by Ugreen. They have good, well-built products, but they always inflate their prices too much. You'll have to find a good deal to buy it.

Nice no-tool device
Easy to use, not teensy screws. Seems to pass data at appropriate speeds. Has an external rubberized cover and a heat sink. Works for me.

Works as intended, won’t fit any nvme with heatsink
It works, the case is ok, and it’s toolless. The problem is I wish it was a tiny bit wider so that it would fit any nvme with heatsink.
