This product was purchased as a gift for a host of aParty. Upon opening with excitement it was broken and in pieces and the directions were impossible to understand. I wish j had to return but the host threw the pieces away. So I can’t even get my $ back :{ do not purchase this.

The media could not be loaded. I have to give credit. The dispenser is a cool idea and looks better than the cheaper ones out there. It’s well packed and if you could easily assemble/disassemble it would store nicely when not in use.Now for the bad.Plastic is fragile and the clips to join the base at the stem are a bad design. It makes it difficult to assemble and easy to break. Mine did break on clip on assembly. Since it still held I decided ti test the rest of the function. Note I rinsed several times as there was a decidedly plastic smell that I wanted gone before I would use this for guests. I filled to just over the “umbrella” like in the videos and at first got nothing because the little ball wasn’t getting lifted by the magnet (needs to be closer or stronger magnet or maybe something different and more reliable. After fiddling with it I found setting the top down a little hard or offset helped get the ball to lift. It started to siphon but then stopped. Tried a bit more water and it worked but glasses were really full. Hard to dial in the volume and why on earth would you not put a full line on something like this. After a couple runs trying to dial in I found sometimes one or two of the spouts continues to drip with the top off and can cause disproportionate pours or overfills. Think I’m just going to return since it’s clearly still got some work to be any good.

Through trial & error I found that the top part where you need to pour the liquid into needed to be pushed down with a bit of force until it clicked into place otherwise the liquid would not flow through evenly into the shot glasses. Then, if I tried carrying it to a different spot by holding onto that top part, the bottom part would come loose, dropping the part that holds the shot glasses. One of my guests broke it on the 1st day of use because he went to carry it from the countertop to the kitchen island in order to serve the next round and the bottom part with the dolphin spouts came apart, dropped the ground and broke, rendering the whole thing useless. It was super cute and definitely got all the wows the few times it did work correctly. Just a bummer that it was a one night show.

If you are having a party, or game night this item is perfect. Instructions were easy and easy to put together.
