Doesn't dissolve that well in water, but it has no taste. It doesn't bother me, but it could irritate others. The quality is great and it's much different than the standard Nutricost creatine monohydrate. The texture is less powdery and more granulated, which I appreciate.I will continue to use this.

Add it to my coffee and I am building more muscle. At 63, I have more muscle definition than I ever have had. Who wouldn’t love that?

Taking one star off because they changed the container to a taller, more narrow one. If you have large hands, you're gonna find it challenging to scoop up the creatine once it less than halfway full. Prepare to have the side of your hand scratched up .
