C8 is the fat burning powder oil, and no upset stomach
This is Nutricost’s C8 MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) oil. Apparently C8 was found to be the best of the coconut oils to maintain Ketosis and burn fat by forcing your cells to expend energy. The previous container I purchased didn’t have “C8” on the label so I was a bit disappointed. This time I made sure to purchase the right one, however, I wonder why Nutricost bothered to sell a nearly identical product that does not have C8 MCT. Anyway, the powder blends from its 1 scoop (included) of powder form into a liquid state (8 fluid oz, not included) quite well. The taste is fairly tasteless, and turns the water I use to take it in the mornings a milky white, which to me is ideal. I first started using a straight oil version of C8 from another brand, but changed to this powder form when it was discovered that the liquid oil version gave me intense stomach cramps and multiple trips running to the bathroom to “cleanse.” The scoop it comes with has an extra long handle to dig deep in the oversized container (it’s mostly air), but it needs a long handle to reach to the bottom anyway, I suppose. Getting it into a bottle is as difficult as one might suspect from a fine oily powder that may stick together, but at least it doesn’t clump together. You will need a funnel if you plan to fit it into a half-filled Costco water bottle like I do in the mornings, as per my daily routine. In conclusion, I can confirm the powder form of C8 MCT oil noticeably lightens the stomach discomfort, and I believe it still helps keep my body in Ketosis. After losing 64 lbs, do you think I am going to stop? Haha…. No.

Do not get impressed from the Net Carb
I started using it , and I had stomach pain right away . I also realize that I am not loosing weight as I am used to . At the beginning did not realize it has something to do with the MCT powder . Although I eat dairy ,I do not have much issued . In one of the you tube videos, they have mentioned to check the fillers in the MCT oil powder. The minute I checked I realize the source of my pain :Sodium Caseinate and SOLUBLE CORN FIBER.Casein and whey are two types of protein naturally found in milk. Both proteins are extracted and used in large quantities to make protein powders and supplements. Sodium caseinate also contains extracted casein protein, but it’s used as a food additive. If you’re allergic to milk, you'll need to avoid sodium caseinate. Other than the risk posed to people with milk allergies, sodium caseinate isn't associated with side effects: Abdominal cramps, excessive mucus production, and diarrhea can occur as well, though these usually take several weeks to manifestAnother issue is the Soluble corn fiber, also known as maltodextrin which is used as a thickener, filler, and preservative in many packaged foods."Processed food manufacturers love SCF because it’s a cheap way to bulk up products, thicken soups, sauces, and dressings, and increase shelf life"From a chemist’s perspective it is fiber ' and categorized as a fiber on nutrition labels. However, fiber should never spike your blood glucose levels, and Soluble corn fiber (SCF) will.SCF is around 25 on the glycemic index, which is pretty low, The bad news is, it may still kick you out of ketosis and cause some digestive upset.I do not want to Caseinate is give bad review , but if you take it as a supplement for the Keto diet , pay attention to those tiny issued that can affect you ketosis drastically , and health as well. Read labels and do not get impressed from the Net Carb . Before you buy , check what is behind the ingredients. If the product is cheap ( relatively) and it sounds too good to be true , start to google the ingredients in content with Keto. Cheap is not always good , and Fiber is not always the good fiber .
