What is different between International version and US version?

The US version has caffeine (44mg) and guarana (also a source of caffeine). The international version does not. Otherwise they are almost identical (the US versionhas more vitamin C). Both do the trick, but if you are watching your caffeine intake you may want the international version. If you shop carefully they cost about the same (approx $1/tablet).

What’s the day expiry day if I buy 09/2022?

EXPIRY DATE means the date the product starts to decline in effectiveness. Like the date your credit card expires and stops working. I have bought expired berocca tablets but they still worked for me. I saw no difference in effectiveness.
